We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in product development, product design & engineering. As part of our successful interdisciplinary design agency, you’ll work on both local and international client accounts.

YOU

As a project manager at REGGS, you will be responsible for the entire project, from the client briefing to the financial closure. You will ensure projects run efficiently, adjust where necessary, and monitor timing and budget. Reporting to the Business Lead, you’ll manage multiple projects, covering all components of product design, engineering, graphic design and DTP.

You will build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, maintaining daily contact about ongoing projects while also discussing new opportunities.

Within the studio, you will work closely with the project team in various configurations. You will organize kick-offs, briefings, and ensure smooth coordination regarding progress, timing, and deliverables.

You are an excellent communicator and team motivator. You excel at tackling challenges, balancing hard work with a bit of fun along the way. With a keen eye for detail, you manage multiple projects and stakeholders effortlessly. What we are looking for:

• 3-5 years' experience in project management roles working with international clients

• Experienced in leading successful projects from start to finish

• Strong background in product development, design, and engineering

• A creative spirit with a keen interest in design

• Excellent organisational and communication skills

• Experience with professional project management software

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Fluent in spoken and written English

• Highly developed interpersonal skills with client-facing experience

• Skilled at motivating others and negotiating with partners

• The ability to bring people together behind a shared vision and goal

• Ability to work independently and be a self-starter
