Private label Skinscience

THE CHALLENGE

Kruidvat, owned by the  A.S Watson group, is one of the largest drugstore chains in the Netherlands. It appeals to many consumers thanks to their broad assortment and smart pricing strategy. With an an increasing preference for private labels, Kruidvat decided it was time to expand theirs.

In close cooperation with the Kruidvat private label team, REGGS created Skin Science. A new product range for a growing target group of 35+ aged women. Positioned as a realistic alternative for the leading A-brands in the skincare category.

THE SOLUTION

For the line we decided to focus on translating science and beauty in one design language. The simple yet clever design details radiant elegance and ensure that the assortment lines up beautifully both on shelf and at home.

The private brand premium skincare assortment turned out to be a great succes for Kruidvat. Not only for the Skinscience products but also in building equity for the Kruidvat brand. As a result the Skinscience-line has expanded with a Derma Sensitive and Daily Defense assortment.
