So, when Heineken asked us to rethink the future of beer bottles through exploratory concepts, we were more than ready! For this project, we focused on eco-friendly alternatives to glass, addressing technical challenges like liquid barriers and CO₂ pressure.

Our solution? The PaperFoam® bottle, featuring a biobased PLA* barrier. Lightweight, fully recyclable, and cost-efficient, it embodies REGGS’ commitment to sustainability and clever design.

*Biobased PLA: Polylactic Acid from renewable resources like corn starch, sugarcane, sugar beet, and cassava.
